Description

The Senior Human Resources Generalist assists with the administration, monitoring and reporting of the Group’s staff status and movements as well as being responsible for processing payroll. The Senior Human Resources Generalist carries out responsibilities in employees’ communication and orientation with regards to HR matters.


Senior HR Generalist 


Job purpose:


  • Run the monthly payroll through SAP;
  • Validate DME for monthly salary payments;
  • Plan and control the LITASCO Group Personnel budget;
  • Be responsible for administrative payroll procedures;
  • Pay of monthly social charges and taxation at source invoices;
  • Issue employees’ yearly salary certificates and “attestation quittances”;
  • Perform year-end formalities related to payroll data (AHV annual lists, Tax annual lists, etc.);
  • Be responsible for insurance employees contracts (APG; Accident);
  • Prepare and follow up Company Loan agreements;
  • Prepare amendments, appointments, nominations;
  • Representation fees and lodging allowances: calculate and obtain the approval from tax authorities;
  • Act as a coordinator for income taxation at source, pension fund, family allowances;
  • Salaries projections and gross-up calculations;
  • Handle the overtime process;
  • Control the compliance with the Corporate Credit Card Policy
  • Process employee expenses reimbursement


If you have:


  • A University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economics or other numerical education;
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within an international matrix organization;
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss laws, regulations, social insurances, taxes and policies related to payroll;
  • Proficient expertise with SAP;
  • Solid critical thinking and excellent attention to detail;
  • A service-oriented mindset and always striving to deliver on tasks and projects;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure;
  • A high degree of confidentiality;
  • A teamwork spirit and a positive attitude;
  • Fluent written and oral English and French communication skills.
