- Identify and coordinate with hiring managers staffing needs
- Design job descriptions, source potential candidates through online channels
- Plan interview, selection procedures including 1st screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews and interview questions
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and applicant's data using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications :
- BSc in Human Resources Management and relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
